Calibre System
At Bryce & Kimmel, our Calibre system offers a clear and precise way to understand the architecture behind each of our creations.
This four-digit code reflects key elements of our products, including driver count, crossover, driver type, and product revisions.
Denotes the total number of drivers in the creation. This number directly corresponds to the number of individual drivers used in the product, each of which is responsible for reproducing a specific frequency range.
Denotes the number of crossovers used in the design. Crossovers manage how the audio signal is split between drivers. A higher number indicates a more complex design, with multiple crossovers dividing the signal into more frequency bands.
Denotes the type of drivers employed.
- Dynamic Driver
- Balanced Armature
Denotes the variant or revision of the product.
- 0: Concept Edition
- 1, 2, 3, etc.: Subsequent revisions
