Refund policy
At Bryce & Kimmel, we take great care to ensure that every item arrives in perfect condition. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, returns or exchanges may be arranged within 14 days of receipt.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice, is required. Certain items, such as limited edition or customised pieces, are non-returnable as noted in the product listing. Please ensure that items are returned in their original, undamaged packaging; returns without the original packaging may incur an additional restocking fee.
Returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact our concierge to request authorisation before sending items back. Any items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and may be returned to the client at their expense. Clients are responsible for shipping the item back to us for evaluation. We recommend arranging shipping through our concierge to ensure a smooth return process.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Customised or personalised items are non-returnable. Additionally, returns resulting from refusal of delivery or incorrect address details may be treated as unauthorised and subject to applicable fees. For questions about the eligibility of other items, please contact our concierge.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to fulfilment with a 10% cancellation fee based on the price of the cancelled item(s). Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. Some items may not be eligible for cancellation, and this will be clearly indicated in the product listing. Please verify your order details, including shipping information, before finalising your purchase.
Restocking Fees
Returns are subject to restocking fees based on the condition of the item, which will be assessed upon inspection. The following grading applies:

S-Grade: Sealed original packaging – 15%

A-Grade: Excellent condition, no cosmetic imperfections – 20%

B-Grade: Minor cosmetic imperfections – 25%

C-Grade: Noticeable cosmetic imperfections – 30%

D-Grade: Major cosmetic imperfections – ≥30% (Subject to assessment)
Cosmetic imperfections refer to surface-level blemishes (e.g., scratches, stains, tarnishing) that do not affect the functionality of the item. Items returned in less-than-ideal condition, including dirt, incomplete packaging, or missing accessories, may incur an additional restocking fee of up to 20%, on top of the grading fee outlined above. Total restocking fees will not exceed the value of the returned item.
Bryce & Kimmel reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned item and determine the appropriate grade. By accepting this policy, you acknowledge and agree to our final assessment.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our concierge within 3 days of receipt to arrange a resolution. We are committed to resolving the issue swiftly.
Issues reported after 3 days that relate to manufacturing defects will be handled under our Warranty Policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status within 2 to 5 business days. Any applicable restocking fees, assessed based on item condition, will be deducted from the total refund amount before processing.
Refunds may be affected by applicable restocking fees, fluctuations in currency exchange rates, or transaction fees imposed by your bank or card issuer, which are beyond our control. Processing may take 2 to 5 business days, with approval and transfer to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time during busy periods, such as public holidays.
Policy Abuse
Bryce & Kimmel reserves the right to refuse service to any client who seeks to abuse or circumvent this policy. This ensures a fair and seamless experience for all of our clients.
