Warranty Policy
At Bryce & Kimmel, each piece is designed with precision to deliver enduring sound and timeless design. We take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a two-year limited warranty for your peace of mind.
Warranty Period
The warranty begins on the date of order and lasts for two years, unless otherwise specified. Extensions may be considered in special circumstances. Each request is reviewed individually, and approval is at our discretion. During this period, we will repair or replace any item with defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Manufacturing Defects
Our warranty covers faults related to materials or craftsmanship that affect the proper functionality of your item. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or a short video illustrating the issue. Our team may request additional details to assist with your claim.
Once your claim is reviewed and confirmed, Bryce & Kimmel will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. Repair or replacement constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. You may be required to return the item for evaluation, with clients responsible for shipping it to us. For approved warranty claims, Bryce & Kimmel will cover all repair or replacement costs, including return shipping. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other processing fees remain the responsibility of the client.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Improper use, including unsupervised use by minors under 18
- Commercial or non-personal use
- Exposure to moisture, weather, or natural disasters
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, discolouration, or scratches
- Theft, loss, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
The warranty will be void if the item has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorised personnel. In such cases, Bryce & Kimmel cannot provide repair, replacement, or any other remedy. Clients are responsible for any associated costs if the item has been altered without authorisation.

Bryce & Kimmel reserves the right to refuse service to any client who seeks to abuse or circumvent this policy. This ensures a fair and seamless experience for all of our clients.
