Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday (SGT, UTC +8). Shipments do not occur on weekends or public holidays. Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. International shipments will include a DHL Express tracking number, while domestic deliveries will be tracked via GrabExpress or our in-house delivery service.
Delivery & Returns
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase. Bryce & Kimmel cannot cover delays or extra costs caused by incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package. Once fulfilled, delivery is managed by our courier partners.
